Newcastle United continue to throw money around as they look to add late additions to their squad in an attempt to stave off the drop from the Premier League.
Now, according to reports coming out of France, they are looking to double down on the agreement reached for Bruno Guimaraes by offering 20 million euros for Bayer Leverkusen left-back Mitchel Bakker.
The news comes courtesy of French outlet L’Equipe, who claim that a bid was sent on Monday, and that representatives are already in Newcastle trying to make a deal happen.
