Supporters of Premier League giants Arsenal have taken to social media in their numbers on Thursday evening, to make their frustrations clear with two members of Mikel Arteta’s ranks.
The Gunners are of course currently locked in action at the Emirates.
On the back of successive Premier League triumphs over Wolves and Brentford, the north Londoners welcomed the former to the capital once more, hopeful of closing the gap on 4th-placed Manchester United to just a solitary point.
To say that such efforts have come up short thus far, though, would be something of an understatement.
As things stand, Arsenal trail Bruno Lage’s Wolves by a goal to nil, owing to a disastrous mixup at the back inside ten minutes of play.
An attempted back pass to Aaron Ramsdale on the part of Gabriel Magalhaes saw the latter leave his no.1 well short, allowing Hwang Hee-chan to round the latter and slot confidently into an empty net from a tight angle:
Hwang puts Wolves in front! 🐺

The club’s Brazilian stopper, however, is not the only one to have come in for condemnation on the part of the Arsenal faithful on Thursday evening.
Also drawing the ire of Gunners supporters across the globe has been Alexandre Lacazette, whose wastefulness in front of goal has proven central to the failure of the hosts to level things up thus far:
Laca spends more time trying to win a foul than actually playing football
