Real Madrid head coach Carlo Ancelotti has, late on Friday, provided an update on the wellbeing of Luka Modric.
For those not aware, midfielder Modric has spent the last week on the sidelines.
Owing to an unspecified injury concern, the Croatian international was forced to sit out the club’s La Liga meetings with both Almeria and Real Sociedad.
Modric’s status for this weekend’s fast-approaching Copa del Rey final, as a result, had since remained up in the air.

Real are set to kick a crucial couple of weeks into gear on Saturday night, when they make the trip to the Estadio de La Cartuja for a showdown with Osasuna.
Speaking to the media on the eve of the clash, the aforementioned Carlo Ancelotti, as a result, was asked for the latest on Modric’s wellbeing.
“Luka Modrić’s condition is top. He trained very well yesterday. We are going to evaluate him today.
“If Modrić starts tomorrow? If he feels good he will start obviously. I will decide after the training.”
