Paris Saint Germain star Neymar has no intention to depart the Parc des Princes this summer despite the French side reportedly being keen on cashing in on the 31-year-old.
The forward spent the latter half of last season on the sidelines with an ankle injury, and has become unpopular with fans of the Ligue 1 side, who demanded that he depart with Lionel Messi, who has left on a free transfer.

PSG have since rejuvenated their attack with the additions of Marco Asensio and Kang In-Lee, but remain on the hunt for another striker with Dusan Vlahovic among their transfer targets.
Neymar, however, will be going nowhere if he gets his wishes, with the Brazilian under contract until 2025 and very few sides across World Football able to match his extravagant wage package.
Speaking to Brazilian media channel CazeTV, he reiterated his desire to stay even if the fans want him out.
“I hope it’s at PSG (next season). I have a contract, no one has informed me of anything”
Another player that PSG may be forced to keep against their will is Kylian Mbappe, who has revealed that he won’t be extending his contract in the French capital and is due to be a free agent in 12 months time.
As a result, the French side would be willing to cash in on him this summer amid interest from Real Madrid, but Mbappe has already ruled that out.
“I’ve already spoken about this, I’ve said that my objective is to stay at PSG, it’s my only option right now, I’m ready to come back for pre-season. Why go to the end of my contract? There is nothing to explain, people can talk,” he said.
