Argentine legend Lionel Messi has, on Saturday, at long last been unveiled as an Inter Miami player.
The efforts of MLS outfit Inter on the transfer front have of course found themselves at the forefront of the media headlines for several weeks now.
This comes with David Beckham’s side in the midst of adding a whole host of legends of the European game to their ranks.
To this point, the Herons have brought in Barcelona legend Sergio Busquets, whilst also having their sights firmly on the services of both Jordi Alba and Luis Suarez.
Inter Miami president Jorge Mas: “Two or three more players will come. We spoke with Jordi Alba — while Luis Suarez has a contract and a release clause. I don’t know if that will happen or not”, told El Pais. 👚🇺🇸 #InterMiami

Without question, though, Inter’s headline addition has come in the form of seven-time Ballon d’Or winner Lionel Messi.
Fresh off the conclusion of his contract with French giants Paris Saint-Germain, veteran attacker Messi has opted to leave the European game in the rear view, to presumably see out the remaining years of his club career in the United States.
As alluded to above, though, on Saturday, this situation at long last changed.
After Messi was spotted in Miami for the first time on Friday, his new club this evening took to their official social media platforms, to unveil a series of posts, confirming the 36-year-old as their latest addition:
