On-loan Manchester United starlet Hannibal Mejbri has piqued widespread attentions online late on Friday evening.
This comes owing to the gifted attacker’s latest exploits with Birmingham City.
For those not aware, Hannibal is a versatile 20-year-old midfielder/attacker, once viewed as one of a potential star in the making amongst the powers that be on the red half of Manchester.
Amid ongoing struggles to break into the first-team picture at Old Trafford, though, last summer, it was decided that he would be farmed out on loan.
Hannibal, in turn, went on to make the move to the Championship, linking up with the aforementioned Birmingham.
And the Tunisian international – already capped an impressive 20 times by his country – has since gone on to enjoy a solid stint at St. Andrew’s.

Along the way, meanwhile, he had directly contributed to five goals.
And, as alluded to above, late on Friday, Manchester United’s academy product added to this tally in altogether spectacular fashion.
Afforded his latest start in midfield by boss John Eustace, Hannibal opened the scoring in a Championship meeting with in-form West Bromwich Albion, courtesy of a moment of set-piece brilliance:
