An insight into the plans of the powers that be at Premier League giants Chelsea for Lesley Ugochukwu has been forthcoming on Friday afternoon.
This, of course, comes ahead of an imminent announcement surrounding the young midfielder’s arrival at Stamford Bridge.
For those who may have missed it, fresh off seeing a 4th big-money proposal for Brighton & Hove Albion star Moises Caicedo rejected, the transfer team at Chelsea, on Friday, swooped in decisive fashion for fellow engine room target Ugochukwu.
A deal worth a fee in the region of €28 million is understood to have been agreed with Ligue 1 outfit Stade Rennais, with the 19-year-old primed to undergo a medical in west London over the days ahead.
