Footage of the disgraceful scenes to have unfolded on the back of the meeting between West Ham United and AZ Alkmaar on Thursday have come to the fore online.
For those who may have missed it, David Moyes’ West Ham were back in action a short time ago.
Eyeing a spot in the finale of the Europa Conference League, the Irons made the trip to the Netherlands, boasting a slender advantage from last week’s opener in east London.
And, when all was said and done at the AFAS Stadion, march on to a historic victory is precisely what the evening’s visitors managed.
Pablo Fornals proved himself match-winner, bagging a winner deep into injury-time to secure a 3-1 aggregate triumph.

As alluded to above, though, post-match, West Ham’s win was marred by altogether unsavoury scenes.
Players from both sides, in turn, were forced to intervene, with footage of the AFAS Stadion chaos showcased from several viewpoints below:
Increíble: los jugadores del West Ham peleando con pseudo aficionados del AZ Alkmaar, quienes fueron a atacar a sus familias y amigos que estaban en la grada.
Seguro habrá una fuerte sanción para el club neerlandés.
