Ralf Rangnick has been discussing the possibility of Julian Nagelsmann taking the Tottenham Hotspur job.
The German coach is one of the leading contenders to become the next Spurs manager.
Meanwhile, Rangnick also appears to have thrown his hat in the ring for the director of football role at the north London club.

Rangnick advises Nagelsmann to join Spurs
Ralf Rangnick has advised Julian Nagelsmann to take the Tottenham job.
The former Manchester United man believes that Spurs is an exciting project.
Rangnick told Sky Germany: “I think Tottenham is an exciting club in many ways.
“They have one of the best training centers, that is there at the moment and Daniel Levy, who has been leading the club for many, many years.”
Rangnick: “I think it would be important if a sporting director was still there to support him”
Rangnick also suggested that he would be open to replacing Fabio Paratici as sporting director.
The German claims that if Spurs want Nagelsmann, he should be supported by a DoF.
Rangnick has previously worked with Nagelsmann at RB Leipzig.
He added: “If Tottenham really want him, then I think it would be important if a sporting director was still there to support him.
“It can be a very, very exciting story.
“There is room for improvement, a lot of room for improvement and yet this is not a club where the house expects you to be in the top one or two right away or three lands.”
