Supporters of Spanish giants Barcelona have flooded to social media on Thursday evening, to make their frustrations with boss Xavi Hernandez clear.

The Blaugrana, of course, marked their return to action a short time ago.

On the back of a pulsating 2-2 stalemate at the Camp Nou this day last week, Xavi and co. made the trip to Old Trafford, for the return leg of the club’s Europa League Last-32 showdown with Manchester United.

Barca’s efforts to march on to the next round got off to the perfect start, too, as Robert Lewandowski slotted past David de Gea to open the scoring in Manchester inside the 20-minute mark.

The visitors’ evening, however, soon took a turn for the worse.

After Fred pulled Man United on level terms just minutes into the 2nd-half, Antony emerged from the bench to slot home what ultimately proved to be the game’s winning goal a little over fifteen minutes from time.

And it should therefore not come as a huge surprise to hear of the Blaugrana faithful, post-match, being absolutely up in arms.

Never shy in making their gripes crystal clear, supporters of the La Liga leaders have taken to social media in their absolute droves, to point the finger of blame squarely in the direction of one man.

The individual in question? Head coach Xavi Hernandez:
