Carlo Ancelotti named the expected Real Madrid team for tonight’s Champions League final against Borussia Dortmund.
The only real question mark coming into the game was whether Thibaut Courtois or Andriy Lunin would start in goal but Ancelotti confirmed at last night’s press conference it would be the giant Belgian between the sticks.
Nacho retains his place at the heart of the defence, and will wear the captain’s armband, with fit-again Eder Militao having to settle for a place on the bench.
He will be joined among the substitutes by France midfielder Aurelien Tchouameni, who was not expected to be fit for the Wembley showpiece due to a foot injury.
Toni Kroos starts in midfield in what will be his last club appearance before retirement.

While Real Madrid announced their team early, Dortmund waited until an hour before kick off to confirm their XI, although that too revealed no surprises.
It was entirely as forecast with coach Edin Terzic naming the same side that beat Paris Saint-Germain in the last four.
