Jack Grealish, Jeremy Doku and Erling Haaland are among the players to have posed for the first time in the 2024/25 Manchester City third kit.

Designed by Puma, the burgundy kit with metallic gold trims represents “constant movement”, the reigning Premier League champions have said.

Stars including Manuel Akanji, Mateo Kovacic, Jess Park and Ruben Dias also showed off the shirts, which deploy recycled textile waste to create new materials.

How to buy the new Man City kit

The shirt, which was unveiled with manager Pep Guardiola in attendance, will be available from City’s online store and Arndale and Stadium outlets from July 27.

Prices range from £50 for a kids’ mini-kit to £110 for an ‘authentic’ long-sleeve shirt, with the shorts and socks also available to buy individually.

Khiara Keating, Oscar Bobb and Julian Alvarez have modelled the strip, and fans hoping Ederson will stay at the club might also take encouragement from the his presence in the promotional shoot.

The Brazil international has been linked with a move to the Saudi Pro League, with Guardiola acknowledging that his first-choice goalkeeper’s future is uncertain.

Manchester City kit: US tour launch

City’s manager and players met two-time NBA Dunk Champion Mac McClung on a custom-built New York court to launch the kit.

The event featured custom-made City home and away basketball shirts, while Grealish enjoyed some basketball drills.

Guardiola then took part in a question-and-answer session with basketball legend Clyde Frazier, Dallas Mavericks coach God Shammgod and NBA skills coach Chris Brickley.

The Cityzens face Milan in New York on Saturday (11pm BST), Barcelona in Orlando on July 31 (midnight BST) and Chelsea in Ohio on August 3 (10.30pm BST).

Their season starts against United in the Community Shield on August 10 (3pm) and proceeds to a trip to Chelsea eight days later for their Premier League opener (4.30pm).
