With so many teams in action across the week, only four Premier League games filled the 3pm slot on Saturday.
Friday night saw Brighton and Southampton play out an entertaining 1-1 draw, with plenty of VAR controversy taking up the headlines.
Saturday evening will see Arsenal visit London rivals West Ham as they bid to go second in the table.
And Sunday’s huge showdown between Liverpool and Manchester City should be a spectacle, but before that, plenty of other teams were fighting it out for points.

Brentford 4-1 Leicester
Brentford came from a goal behind to thrash Leicester 4-1 in West London.
It was a shaky start for the hosts after Facundo Buonanotte netted 21 minutes in, only for Yoane Wissa to level four minutes later.

And the other three goals came from Kevin Schade.
The German had the game of his life, netting a hat-trick for the Bees.
It rounded off a well-earned victory for Thomas Frank’s men.
Crystal Palace 1-1 Newcastle
Crystal Palace rescued a late point against Newcastle.
Selhurst Park erupted 94 minutes into the game when Daniel Munoz netted an equaliser.
But it had been a nervy afternoon at Selhurst Park until that point after Marc Guehi scored an own goal.
However, the England defender made up for his error, setting up Palace’s goal in the dying seconds.

Nottingham Forest 1-0 Ipswich
Nottingham Forest returned to winning ways by beating Ipswich 1-0 at Trent Bridge.
It was a relatively unlively affair, with the only goal coming through Chris Wood from the spot.
But it was another three points for the Tricky Trees, who move onto 22 for the season.
Ipswich remain in the bottom three with only one win to their name.

Wolves and Bournemouth played out a thriller at Molineux, with the visitors taking the spoils.
There were three goals inside the opening 10 minutes, followed by another two in the first half.
Justin Kluivert bagged a hat-trick of penalties, the first player to do so in the top flight since 1954.
Jorgen Strand-Larsen’s brace was not enough for the hosts to pick up any points, with Milos Kerkez also getting on the scoresheet for Bournemouth.
