Crystal Palace manager Oliver Glasner has revealed that Eberechi Eze is in line to start against Ipswich on Tuesday.
The Eagles travel to Portman Road for a crucial clash at the bottom of the Premier League table.
And with both teams having only picked up one win so far this season – both against Tottenham – it could be a turning point for either side.
And Glasner is hoping Eze’s return to full fitness will be the boost his squad needs to power themselves away from the relegation zone.
Speaking in his press conference, the Eagles boss said: “I think he’s OK to start again. He played 60 to 65 minutes.
“I think we could see that he didn’t have a lot of training in the weeks before, but on the other side he is important.

“He can create situations, he can always score a goal. He had one big chance, but that’s untypical for him: a bad first touch, otherwise he would have had a big chance in the first-half.
“Physically, from his body, everything is fine.”
A win would take Palace three points clear of Ipswich, with only goal difference currently separating them from 19th place in the table.
Eze has only managed one goal and a further assist in the 2024-25 Premier League season so far but has proven before that he is capable of being Palace’s star man.
