Tottenham will face holders Liverpool with Arsenal paired with Newcastle in the Carabao Cup semi-finals.
Spurs sealed their place in the final four with a 4-3 win over Manchester United on Thursday night, with Liverpool seeing off Southampton 2-1 on Wednesday.
Arne Slot’s Liverpool, who are top of the Premier League, lifted the trophy last season under Jurgen Klopp, with Spurs on the hunt for their first major trophy since 2008.
Tottenham’s North London rivals and two-time winners Arsenal are also still in contention for the first piece of silverware in England this season after beating Crystal Palace 3-1 in the quarter-finals.
The Magpies, who reached the final of this competition in 2023, also won 3-1 on Wednesday night against Brentford.
First-leg ties will take place on the week commencing January 6, with the second legs playing out on week commencing February 3, with the final on Sunday, March 16 at Wembley Stadium.
All four semi-final matches as well as the final will be shown on Sky Sports.
