Tom Bischof has snubbed reported interest from the Premier League and signed a four-year contract with Bayern Munich.
The midfielder will join Bayern in the summer on a free transfer when his contract with Hoffenheim expires.
Bischof, 19, was born in Bavaria but came through the ranks at Hoffenheim before making his debut in 2022, aged just 16.
He has made 53 first-team appearances and was reportedly on the radar of Arsenal and Aston Villa.
Bayern sporting director Christoph Freund told the club’s official website: “Tom Bischof is one of the biggest German talents, who’s also attracted international interest.
“At the age of just 19, he’s already gained a lot of experiences in professional football, in the Bundesliga as well as in the DFB-Pokal and Europa League. Tom is an ideal fit for our philosophy as a technically gifted midfielder. We’re pleased he’s decided to take his next steps at FC Bayern. Tom has all the attributes to establish himself at the highest level.”
