Ninth will take on 11th in the Bundesliga this weekend with Bayer Leverkusen aiming to get back into the top eight after a fantastic victory in midweek just as Bremen look for a swift return to the win column at the WESERSTADION.
Bremen were defeated by Augsburg last time out and it has now pulled them right back into the bottom eight in the Bundesliga. In fact, the club’s only win in the past month came against Bochum.

As for the away side, they eased past Ferencvaros in midweek thanks to an early goal from Kerem Demirbay and a finish from Edmond Tapsoba in the second 45.
Back in Germany, however, they are still outside still struggling to fight for a spot in Europe with them now eight behind Eintracht Frankfurt in sixth.
Xabi Alonso’s side did manage to smash Hertha Berlin last weekend, however, thanks to goals from Sardar Azmoun, Jeremie Frimpong, Moussa Diaby and Amine Adli.
