Liverpool produced a huge performance in the first-leg at the San Siro to win 2-0.
Firmino and Salah netted the goals for the Reds against Inter Milan.
Jurgen Klopp’s side were also victorious in their last Premier League outing as they just edged West Ham 1-0.
They are now six points off Man City with a game in hand and still to play them.

Inter’s massive Anfield task
Inter Milan face a big task in getting back into the tie as they need to find at least two goals at Anfield.
Inzaghi’s side produced a strong performance at the San Siro but were unable to respond to the Reds’ two goals.
Inter are currently going through a tough patch in Serie A having won just twice in their last seven games.
However, they remain 2nd in the table, two points off the top and a game in hand over AC.
Over the weekend, Inter defeated Salernitana 5-0 to get their title defence back on track.
