The Tigers have got off to a decent start under new management and ownership this season as they look to leave the Allam ear behind them. There has been an influx of Turkish Super Lig talent arriving on Humberside over the summer with Allahyar Sayyadmanesh and Ozan Tufan coming in from Fenebache and Antalyaspor respectively. Last time out they comprehensively beat in form Reading four nil under the lights at Brammell Lane, with many of their players starting to show they are a cut above this division, none more so than Iliman Ndiaye who is in fine form.
Heckingbottom’s side are looking like the early favourites for the automatic places and are currently priced at 9/2 to win the division along with Norwich. The odds are even shorter for them to gain promotion at 13/8 and unsurprisingly then travel to Humberside as strong frontrunners to take all three points with odds of 19/20.
