AFC Bournemouth hold Fulham to draw
Dominic Solanke netted a 98th-minute equaliser to earn a point for the Cherries against Fulham.
However, the draw all but secures Fulham the title, with Bournemouth needing at least maximum points and a massive goal difference swing to catch them.
Scott Parker’s side will also need to be wary of Huddersfield and Nottingham Forest who are both closing the gap on them.
Bournemouth are just two points ahead of Huddersfield, although they have two games in hand, and five ahead of Forest.
Their recent form has been very hit and miss having won just once in their last five matches.
