Copa America 2024 is full of world class talent but who will lead their nation through Group C?
The United States, Uruguay, Bolivia and Panama will battle it out and heading into the tournament, it is Uruguay who are favourites to triumph over their group opponents.
Hosts USA had a tournament to forget in last year’s Gold Cup, where they were eliminated in the semi-final, but they have a chance to redeem themselves in front of a home crowd.
Panama were the team to beat the USA in that instance and they will be hoping to cause more havoc this summer.
Finally, Bolivia are on a quest to qualify from the group stages for the first time since 2015.
All it takes is one result to lift you through.

The odds listed below were provided by bet365 and were correct at the time of publication. However, they are subject to change.
USA to win the group @ 11/8 with bet365
Panama to finish bottom of the group @ 5/4 with bet365
With the top two finely poised in Group C, it makes betting a bit more difficult as it is highly likely they finish in the qualifying places.
It may be worth having a flutter on the USA to top the pile as they are great value.
The home crowd and growing quality in their squad are two hugely influential factors and could work in their favour across the group stages.
Uruguay are the joint-most successful nation at Copa America but if you fancy them to have a poor tournament, you can get them not to qualify at 11/1.
Likewise, both Panama and Bolivia are 7/1 to squeeze through to the knockout rounds.

Group Preview
The USA are appearing in Copa America for just the fifth time and they return in 2024 for the first time in eight years.
The Stars and Stripes are seven-time Gold Cup winners against similar opponents, but after losing in the 2023 tournament to Panama in the semi-finals, they will certainly have a bone to pick with their Group C opponents.
Gregg Berhalter’s men host the 48th edition of the tournament and were eliminated in the semi-finals the last time they did so.
In two of their last four appearances, they have been booted out of the group stages and in the other two they have come fourth.
There is a wide range of talent on display for the USA, including captain Christian Pulisic, who has been in great form for AC Milan in 2023-24.
In their way are Uruguay, formidable opponents who have lifted the trophy 15 times.
One of those victories included the inaugural tournament in 1916, but they have not retained the trophy since 2011.
La Celeste were dumped out of the World Cup group stages in Qatar two years ago and have since recruited a new head coach in the iconic Marcelo Bielsa.

He will be hoping to utilise several attacking talents, including 37-year-old Luis Suarez and Liverpool’s Darwin Nunez.
There will be no Edinson Cavani for Uruguay for the first time in nearly two decades, but they have more than enough firepower to cope without him.
Bolivia have never set the world on fire and their best finish at Copa America was the quarter-finals in 2015.
Since then, they have lost all 11 of their fixtures in the tournament.
Legendary Bolivian goalscorer Marcelo Martins Moreno has called time on his playing career, so Antonio Carlos Zago will have to guide his players without him and hope for a miracle.
Similar can be said for Panama, but their exploits in the Gold Cup last year suggest they will be more of a threat.
They lost agonisingly to Mexico in the final, but they will use that as fuel in only their second Copa America appearance.
It will take something special to outdo the USA and Uruguay, but there is no reason why an upset should be taken off the table.
