Match preview: Eintracht Frankfurt vs FC Barcelona

Eintracht Frankfurt produced one of the most dramatic moments of the tournament as they scored a 120th-minute winner against Real Betis.

Betis looked like a strong shout to do well in the competition but Frankfurt managed to upset the apple cart by knocking them out.

The Spanish club also netted a late goal as they scored in the final minute of the 90 to send the tie to extra-time.

In the Bundesliga, the Germans are having an underwhelming season as they are down in 9th place.

However, Oliver Glasner’s team are currently on a run of four unbeaten ahead of Thursday’s tie.

FC Barcelona move into second in La Liga

FC Barcelona’s revival continues to roll on with the Catalan club now up into 2nd place in La Liga.

Xavi’s side produced a huge win on Sunday to defeat Sevilla 1-0.
