Eintracht Frankfurt suffered a 10th league defeat of the season over the weekend as they lost to Freiburg.
Oliver Glasner’s side lost 2-1 at home to leave them 9th in the Bundesliga.
They have now won just twice in their last 8 league outings.
Now on Thursday, they must beat an in-form Barcelona side at the Camp Nou.
Ansgar Knauff gave them the lead in the first-leg before the Spainards equalised to leave the tie finely poised.
