It’s one of the biggest games in Ligue 1 each time it comes around as Paris Saint-Germain and Monaco clash at the Parc des Princes with the French champions looking utterly unstoppable under Christophe Galtier so far this season.

Many fans were calling for the dismissal of Mauricio Pochettino for some time, and despite leading them back to Ligue 1 glory last season, perhaps it’s now clear to see that the former Tottenham Hotspur man was an issue. Galtier has so far guided PSG to scoring a record-breaking 17 goals from three games already, conceding just three along the way and managing to get the famous trio up top clicking.

What’s more, after destroying Nantes 4-0 with goals from Lionel Messi, Neymar and Sergio Ramos, the club have 21 goals in just four games and a trophy in the bag already.

PSG defeated the 2020/21 champions Lille 7-1 last time out, as Neymar scored twice, with a Kylian Mbappe hat-trick topping off a night where Messi and Achraf Hakimi also scored.

A further two wins came by beating Clermont Foot 5-0 and Montpellier 5-2, and Galiter is now already eyeing up the idea of going the entire league season unbeaten with the famous ‘MNM’ looking like they’ve finally found some rhythm.
