Brighton’s form has fallen off a cliff over recent weeks.

The Seagulls were beaten by Liverpool over the weekend to make it five defeats in a row.

Graham Potter’s side have now dropped into 13th place following the defeat at home.

The South coast club have also suffered defeats against Man United, Burnley, Aston Villa and Newcastle.

Tottenham suffer defeat at Old Trafford

Tottenham’s top-four bid was dealt a huge blow over the weekend as they were beaten by Manchester United.

Cristiano Ronaldo scored a hat-trick as the Red Devils won 3-2.

Antonio Conte’s side have now fallen six points behind 4th placed Arsenal who also have a game in hand over them.

Spurs have won three and lost five in their last eight matches.

Adam Lallana picked up a hamstring injury on Saturday and will miss Wednesday’s clash.

Adam Webster could return from a groin injury but is still a doubt.
