Match preview: Leeds United vs Tottenham Hotspur

Leeds United are starting to really be pulled into the battle for survival.

Marcelo Bielsa’s side have now lost four of their last five matches and are just three points above the bottom three.

They have also played 25 matches and teams below them all have games in hand.

The South Yorkshire club were thrashed by Liverpool on Wednesday as the Reds walked out 6-0 winners.

Tottenham suffer fourth defeat in five

Tottenham followed up their win at the Etihad with a defeat away at Burnley.

Ben Mee scored the only goal of the game to inflict Spurs’ fourth defeat in five matches.

Antonio Conte’s side have now fallen into 8th place and face a real battle to finish in the top four.

The north London club are seven points off fourth place and two games in hand.

Leeds United will remain without Patrick Bamford and Kalvin Phillips.

Robin Koch is unlikely to feature having suffered a head injury on the weekend.
