Match Preview

Ipswich Town will hope to get off the mark on their return to the Premier League when Fulham visit Portman Road tomorrow.

The Tractor Boys were handed a nightmare start with games against Liverpool and Manchester City – both of which they predictably lost – and will target the game with Marco Silva’s men as their first realistic chance of putting points on the board.

That will be anything but straightforward, however. Fulham have recruited well over the summer and it would be a major surprise if they were to find themselves in a relegation fight this season. Indeed, the Cottagers could be an outside bet for a European spot. They started with a hard-luck 1-0 defeat at Manchester United but bounced back last weekend by beating Leicester City at Craven Cottage.
