Match preview: Tottenham Hotspur vs Newcastle United
Tottenham secured a crucial win just before the international break as they defeated West Ham.
Spurs beat their London rivals 3-1 to move within three points of the top four.
Antonio Conte’s side have played a game less than 4th placed Arsenal, but the Gunners now know Spurs are hot on their heels.
Mikel Arteta’s men travel to Crystal Palace on Monday and Spurs will want to put the pressure on them ahead of the clash.

Newcastle United suffer back to back defeats
Following their incredible revival, Newcastle United are currently on a run of two consecutive defeats.
Eddie Howe’s side have suffered defeats against both Chelsea and Everton.
The Toon Army conceded a late goal against Chelsea in their last outing as they slipped to a 1-0 defeat.
However, despite the two defeats, Newcastle remain 14th in the table and nine points clear of the bottom three.
