Partick Thistle meantime only snuck into the top four on the final day, courtesy of a 2-2 draw at Raith Rovers.
The Caley Jags were in the Premiership as recently as 2018, but have been down to Scotland’s third-tier in the intervening years.
Kris Doolan’s team lost both away matches against Queen’s Park during the season, but know a draw will do this time.
