It’s the biggest game of the season to date for both Sampdoria and Lecce in Serie A with the away side sitting outside of the relegation zone after some recent positives just as Sampdoria are in 19th and with one win on the board.

In fact, the only thing that separates them from Verona is how Sampdoria have managed to collect one more draw, as both sides have won only once in Serie A. At the same time, regardless of the scoreline here, the Genoa outfit are set to be in the relegation zone until January, as the gap is four points on 17th-placed Spezia.
