Ivan Toney is set to return on the weekend.
The striker has missed Brentford’s last few matches with a knee injury.
He was forced off on a stretcher against West ham and looked likely to be out for a while.
Aaron Hickey
Aaron Hickey has returned to full training.
The defender had been struggling with an ankle injury.
The injury has sidelined him since the middle of October.
The Scot is likely to be eased back into the fold and probably won’t feature against the Cherries.
Pontus Jansson
Pontus Jansson remains sidelined for the weekend’s clash.
However, he is now finally closing in on a return.
The defender has been recovering from a hamstring injury.
He has made just seven appearances this season.
Next week’s clash against his former club Leeds United is his most likely return date.
Shandon Baptiste
Shandon Baptiste has been sidelined since October with a groin injury.
The midfielder will also miss the weekend’s clash with Bournemouth.
It is unclear when he is due to make his return.
Frank Onyeka
Frank Onyeka is yet to feature for Brentford in 2022 but is close to making his return.
The 25-year-old has been out with a hamstring injury.
He is unlikely to face Bournemouth, but is set to return against Leeds.
