Two of the Premier League’s biggest stars would be set for a possible move to France after reports have emerged linking Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint-Germain with credible interest in both Manchester City star Bernardo Silva, and Tottenham icon Harry Kane.
Reports from French outlet Le Parisien and sourced by Get French Football detail a growing situation that sees PSG viewing Silva as their prime summer target to replace the outgoing Lionel Messi.

According to LP, negotiations between the club and the player are already underway during the final weeks of the 2022-23 campaign, with his potential €80m price tag hardly a stepping stone for the French champions, with their financial resources said to be putting them at the head of the queue over La Liga champions Barcelona.
PSG are also on the hunt for a center-forward this summer, and view Kane as one of a small cadre of options they could turn to in the summer months, along with SSC Napoli ace Victor Osimhen.
Kane will be down to his final year in the English capital after the current Premier League season comes to an end, and the massive uncertainty surrounding the club – which will not be competing in the Champions League next season – could give the Parisians the upper hand over his potential desire to stat with Spurs or even possibly move to Manchester United or Chelsea given the club’s grip on French football.
