Barcelona host Borussia Dortmund in their quarter-final first leg on Wednesday night.

After two stunning results that saw Arsenal thrash Real Madrid and Inter Milan shock Bayern Munich on Tuesday, Barca will be hoping for no surprises here.

Dortmund have had a poor Bundesliga campaign but remain a dangerous European foe.

They will head into the tie as massive underdogs but made it to the final less than 12 months ago, with a large core of their squad still remaining on the books.

Barcelona line-up

For the hosts, it is business as usual when it comes to their starting XI.

Wojciech Szczesny is in goal, behind a back four of Jules Kounde, Pau Cubarsi, Inigo Martinez and Alejandro Balde.

A midfield pivot of Frenkie De Jong and Pedri line up for Flick.

Then comes a three of Lamine Yamal, Fermin Lopez and Raphinha.

Robert Lewandowski leads the line.

Borussia Dortmund line-up

Dortmund have opted to match Barca’s 4-2-3-1 formation.

Gregor Kobel is in goal, with Waldemar Anton, Emere Can, Ramy Bensebaini and Ramy Bensebaini completing the backline.

Ahead comes a two of Carney Chukwuemeka and Felix Nmecha.

Then, a three of Karim Adeyemi, Julian Brandt and Jamie Gittens.

Serhou Guirassy will be the lone striker for the visitors.
