The third and final day of Champions League action in Gameweek 1 did not disappoint with six matches taking place on Thursday.
Arsenal were the fourth and final English team to get their European campaign underway, drawing with Atalanta.
Elsewhere, there were plenty of goals across the continent with some of the big boys firing in for fun at the top table.

Bayer Leverkusen ran riot at Feyenoord, beating them 4-0.
Florian Witz continued his good start to the campaign, scoring a brace in the first half.

Full-back Alejandro Grimaldo also got his European campaign off to a scoring start, tapping in from close range.
And an own goal from goalkeeper Timon Wellenreuther ensured Xabi Alonso’s men had an enjoyable trip to the Netherlands.
Red Star Belgrade 1-2 Benfica
Benfica overcame a tough test in Belgrade, beating Red Star 2-0.
It was the perfect start for the visitors as Kerem Akturkoglu netted nine minutes in.
Twenty minutes later it was 2-0 thanks to Okrun Kokcu’s long-range effort that flew into the back of the net.

Belgrade remained in the battle until the final whistle, netting through Milson in the 86th minute, but just lacked the quality to overcome their Portuguese opponents.
Atletico Madrid 2-1 RB Leipzig
Atletico Madrid squeaked past German side RB Leipzig 2-1 thanks to a 90th-minute winner.
Benjamin Sesko put Leipzig ahead four minutes into the game, but the visitors were pegged back by Antoine Griezmann.
It looked set to finish as a draw but for Jose Gimenez coming in at the back post to snatch a winner.
Leipzig will feel hard done by but it was a night to remember for Diego Simeone’s side.

Brest 2-1 Sturm Graz
Brest ran out 2-1 winners against Sturm Graz in France on Thursday night.
Hugo Magnetti opened the scoring from outside the box with a lovely strike, before an Edmilson Fernandes own goal on the stroke of half-time levelled the match.
Abdallah Sima scored 10 minutes into the second half for what would be the deciding goal in the match.
Things went from bad to worse for Sturm Graz after Dimitri Lavalee was sent off in the final minutes.

Monaco stunned Barcelona in the Champions League, beating them 2-1 at home.
An early red card for Eric Garcia set the tone, with Barca having their backs against the wall for most of the match.
Maghnes Akliouche netted the opener six minutes later before Lamine Yamal responded for the visitors.
But George Ilenikhena found the winner with 20 minutes left to play in Monaco.
