Aston Villa travel to Club Brugge for a rematch in the Champions League knockout phase.

The Villans lost 1-0 to their Belgian opponents during the league stage, but will be looking to put in a strong performance against them in the first leg of the last-16.

And after a relatively comfortable night against Cardiff in the FA Cup on Friday, Unai Emery can afford to go full strength across the channel.

Meanwhile, Brugge know they will have to put in a top performance at home if they are to have any chance of passing through Villa Park for the return leg without any major scratches.

Read on to see how both teams line-up for Tuesday’s early kick-off.

Club Brugge line-up

Brugge boss Nicky Hayen is opting to match Emery’s 4-2-3-1 formation.

Simon Mignolet is in goal, behind a back four of Kyriani Sabbe, Joel Ordonez, Brandon Mechele and Maxim De Cuyper.

The midfield pivot is formed of Raphael Onyedika and Adron Jashari.

Then, a three of Chemsdine Talbi, Hans Vanaken and Christos Tzolis.

Ferran Jutgla leads the line.

Aston Villa line-up

Villa have put out a strong starting but also have several options from the bench.

Emiliano Martinez is in goal, behind Ezri Konsa, Axel Disasi, Tyrone Mings and Lucas Digne.

Youri Tielemans and John McGinn make up the core of midfield.

Leon Bailey is on the right, Morgan Rogers as the No.10 and Marcus Rashford gets the nod on the opposite flank.

Ollie Watkins is the lone striker.
