Manchester City’s disappointing season will take another turn for the worse tonight if they cannot overturn their first-leg deficit against Real Madrid.
City are realistically out of the Premier League title race with only the Champions League and FA Cup to play for and one could easily disappear at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Madrid hold a 3-2 advantage after their late show at the Etihad last week and are overwhelming favourites to advance to the last 16.
They will also have Antonio Rudiger back in defence after he missed the first leg through injury.
