The Red Devils are previous winners of the competition and will be keen to get as far as they can in 2024-25.

But head coach Erik ten Hag faces a tough test against his former club, who could spring a few surprises on the favourites.

Andre Onana remains in goal for Man Utd, with Diogo Dalot, Lisandro Martinez, Harry Maguire and Noussair Mazraoui making up the back four.

Christian Eriksen keeps his place in midfield, with Manuel Ugarte getting the nod to start alongside him.
