Tottenham open their Europa League campaign at home to Qarabag tonight.

Head coach Ange Postecoglou claimed he always wins trophies in his second season at clubs, and this may be Spurs’ best bet for silverware.

Kick-off delayed

Spurs announced about 40 minutes before kick-off that the game would be delayed due to transport problems in North London.

The A10 was closed in both directions earlier while London Overground services from Cheshunt and Enfield Town to White Hart Lane were suspended.

Postecoglou has made six changes to the side that beat Brentford 3-1 on Saturday with teenagers Archie Gray and Lucas Bergvall included.

Pape Sarr, Radu Dragusin, Yves Bissouma and Ben Davies also come in. Cristian Romero is left out altogether while Dejan Kulusevski, Pedro Porro, Destiny Udogie, James Maddison and Rodrigo Bentancur drop to the bench.
