England host the Republic of Ireland at Wembley with a place in League A of the Nations League on the line.

With a huge win against Greece in midweek, the pressure is off for the Three Lions knowing a win is all they need to move up the ranks regardless of Greece’s result against Finland.

But the Boys in Green always up their game against England so it will have to be full throttle if the hosts are to come away with all three points.

And with so many absent through injury, it is up to the young guns to step up once again in front of an expectant crowd.

Read on to discover how both teams line-up for the match.

England line-up

Carsely has stuck with most of the players who started against Greece, with just a few changes.

Jordan Pickford remains in goal, with Lewis Hall getting first start at left-back alongside Marc Guehi, Kyle Walker and Tino Livramento.

Conor Gallagher and Curtis Jones will patrol the midfield, with the latter being named Man of the Match and scoring a delightful goal in Athens.

Three sit in front: Noni Madueke, Jude Bellingham, and Anthony Gordon.

And Harry Kane returns to the starting XI in place of Ollie Watkins.

Republic of Ireland line-up

There are plenty of familiar faces in the Republic of Ireland’s line-up.

Liverpool’s Caoimhin Kelleher is in goal, with Nathan Collins, Liam Scales and Mark McGuinness making up the defence.

Callum O’Dowda and Dara O’Shea will work as wing-backs for the visitors.

Leicester’s Kasey McAteer and West Brom’s Michael Johnston will occupy the wide areas for Ireland.

While Josh Cullen and Jayson Molumby fill the middle of the park alongside Festy Ebosele.

Two strikers will be deployed by Heimir Hallgrimsson in the form of Sammie Szmodics and Evan Ferguson.
