In what was the pick of the Saturday fixtures, Jamal Musiala scored inside two minutes before braces from Tim Kleindienst and Florian Wirtz, as well as goals from Kai Havertz and Leroy Sane completed the rout.
The result means Julian Nagelsmann’s side are guaranteed to finish top of Group A3 with one game remaining, and will be hoping to go the entire group stage campaign unbeaten when they take on Hungary on Tuesday.

The Hungarians will be looking to bounce back following a 4-0 defeat to Germany’s fierce rivals the Netherlands.
Penalties from Wout Weghorst and Cody Gakpo gave the Netherlands a two-goal lead going to into the break, before Denzel Dumfries and Teun Koopmeiners doubled the score in the second half.

Craig Bellamy’s side defended valiantly throughout but benefitted from some wasteful finishing from the hosts, not least a penalty two minutes from time that Kerem Akturkoglu put wide.
The result keeps Bellamy’s side in the running for top spot in Group B4. However, they must beat Iceland in Cardiff on Tuesday and hope that Turkey lose to Montenegro.

Sweden continued their dominance in Group C1 as they beat Slovakia 2-1 to secure automatic promotion courtesy of goals from Viktor Gyokeres and Alexander Isak.
David Hancko had levelled for Slovakia, while Milan Skriniar saw red in second-half stoppage time.
In the other game in the group, Estonia and Azerbaijan played out a goalless draw.
In Group B1, Ukraine endured another frustrating outing as they drew 1-1 with Georgia.
Solomon Kvirkvelia’s own goal gave Ukraine the lead but Georges Mikautadze equalised with 15-minutes remaining.

Albania and Czechia drew 0-0 with it all to play for in the final round of fixtures.
In Group D2, Moldova beat Andorra 1-0, with the only goal of the game coming from Virgiliu Postolachi deep into second-half stoppage time.
