Scotland battled hard to come away from Athens with a 1-0 lead in their Nations League play-off but have conceded first in the return fixture at Hampden Park.

The Scots have been the more dominant team in the match, but were hit on the break and now find themselves with work to in the early kick-off.

Giannis Konstantelias was the man to grab the goal for the visitors, who swept home a dangerous cross to silence the home crowd.

It was Greece’s first shot of the match and the strike had an xG of just 0.19.

For context, the Scots have had 64% of the ball and four shots, but so far failing to test Konstantinos Tzolakis in goal.

The good news for Scotland is that Greece scored 20 minutes into the game, so there is still plenty of time for the hosts to draw level on the night and back ahead on aggregate.

If Scotland win, it will mean they stay in League A, rather than face relegation into a lower division.
