Real Madrid suffered another injury blow today with the news midfielder Eduardo Camavinga will miss up to three weeks with a hamstring injury.
The France international limped out of the 2-0 Champions League defeat at Liverpool last night clutching the back of his left leg and is now facing a spell on the sidelines.
A Madrid statement read: “After the tests carried out today on our player Eduardo Camavinga by the club’s medical department, he has been diagnosed with a muscle injury in the biceps femoris of his left leg. Pending evolution.”

Leading Spanish daily AS report the injury will keep Camavinga out for up to five games – including the Champions League clash at Atalanta – and he faces a race against time to be fit for the Intercontinental Cup final on December 18.
It’s a further blow for Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti who is already without Dani Carvajal, Vinicius Jr, Eder Militao, Aurelien Tchouameni, Rodrygo and David Alaba.
