The Premier League returns after a four-day break with eight matches across four different kick-off times on December 26.

Out-of-form reigning champions Manchester City feature in the first fixture, with leaders Liverpool involved in the last game of the day.

Amazon Prime Video Sport will also be returning as a live broadcaster for its second matchday of 2024/25.

Here’s everything you need to know about Premier League football on Boxing Day this year, including a full list of games and how to watch.

What football is on Boxing Day? Premier League schedule

Buoyed by resolute 0-0 draws against Arsenal and Chelsea, Everton visit Etihad Stadium in the hope of inflicting Manchester City’s fourth consecutive defeat in all competitions.

Second-placed Chelsea host Fulham and fourth-placed Nottingham Forest host Tottenham. At the bottom, Southampton are at home to West Ham and Wolves welcome Manchester United.

Here’s the full list of games, with all fixtures starting at 3pm GMT unless otherwise stated.

Football on TV on Boxing Day

In the UK, all of the games will be live on Amazon Prime Video Sport, which showed its first set of fixtures of the campaign at the start of December.

Fans can use the Prime Video app to watch the action on almost any device.

Boxing Day football fixtures: Stream on Amazon Prime

Viewers can stream the Boxing Day football fixtures in the Premier League via the Amazon app or on Amazon’s website.

A subscription costs £8.99 per month or £95 per year and includes other benefits such as free delivery, music, reading, and gaming. A Prime Video-only membership costs £5.99 per month.

Boxing Day football: Which fixtures come later?

Four teams play the following day, when Brighton & Hove Albion seek their first win in six Premier League games at home to a Brentford side with the worst away record in the division.

Third-placed Arsenal, who have lost key creative influence Bukayo Saka to a long-term hamstring injury, then host second-bottom Ipswich Town. Both games are on Amazon Prime Video Sport.
