Aston Villa’s recent slump may have been overshadowed by the sorry form of Manchester City but Unai Emery’s side are in dire need of a win when they host Brentford tonight.
Villa’s last victory in the Premier League came back on October 19 and they have slipped to 12th in the table as a result.
Brentford have proved time and again they are no pushovers and they will be tricky opposition for the West Midlanders.
