Wolves manager Vitor Pereira publicly criticised striker Matheus Cunha’s behaviour following their 3-1 defeat to Chelsea on Monday.
Pereira was not a fan of Cunha’s body language after the match and sent the forward a warning in his post-match press conference.
He said: “He’s a captain. He can be frustrated as he wants to win, but everyone in the dressing room wants to win. I don’t like his body language
“I want someone as a captain trying to help the team – running, suffering, fighting together. This is something I can understand. Next time, I will not understand.”
Cunha, who has been a key player for Wolves this season, has faced disciplinary issues recently.
He was previously banned for two games and fined £80,000 by the Football Association following an incident with an Ipswich Town staff member in a previous match.

The striker appeared to head straight down the tunnel after the match, sparking criticism from journalists and fans.
But the 25-year-old quickly dismissed these claims, taking to social media to write: “Liar. I went to applaud them, and congratulated the referees and the opposing players. Then I went to the tunnel. Don’t ever come and ask me to give you an interview again.”
Cunha’s actions come amid rumours he could leave Wolves in January.
Arsenal, Manchester United and Tottenham are all believed to be monitoring the impressive midfielder and could make a move before the transfer window shuts.
And with Cunha apparently falling out with his manager, a cut-price fee could be agreed for his exit.
The club remain in a relegation scrap, and while his quality is clear, Pereira will want players committed to the cause.
