Wolves, who fell below fourth-bottom Ipswich Town on goal difference with a game less to play, went closest when Jorgen Strand Larsen’s first-time shot hit a post shortly after Isak’s first, but the Sweden striker added his second from Bruno Guimaraes’ pass after 57 minutes.
Isak then turned provider, setting up Anthony Gordon to put the contest all-but beyond doubt with a third for the hosts 16 minutes from time, although Wolves then had a goal ruled out for handball after Santiago Bueno struck from close range from a corner.

Leicester vs Palace: Eagles ease to victory
Leicester have lost six successive league games and are two points from safety after this 2-0 home defeat, although they might have gone ahead but for an uncharacteristic lack of ruthlessness from Jamie Vardy during the first half.
Jean-Philippe Mateta provided his latest composed finish to score with Palace’s first attempt on target in the 52nd minute courtesy of a Jakub Stolarczyk pass.
