Nike have revealed a remake of an iconic Premier League ball which will be used for the rest of the season.
Puma are set to become the Premier League’s official ball provider from next season onwards, so Nike are set to end their 25-year reign in style.
The new ball, which will feature for the first time when Aston Villa host Liverpool on Wednesday, is a remake of T90 Aerow I, which was used during the 2004-05 and 2005-06 seasons.
Nike’s throwback design sees the memorable blue and white colourway, with some small details added to the T90 rings.

It replaces the current Hi-vis ball being used as the season heads into the spring.
The Nike Flight ball, used throughout this season, is designed for a “truer flight” with grooves embedded in the casing to enable smoother airflow and a shorter seam length for enhanced touch.
Chelsea supporters will be particularly happy to see the ball return, with Jose Mourinho guiding the Blues to back-to-back Premier League titles during those two campaigns.
They have also brought back the Hi-vis version of the 2004-2006 ball.
