Manchester United boss Ruben Amorim says Marcus Rashford could be re-integrated into the squad should he remain at the club.
The England international has been absent in recent weeks after admitting he would like a move away from Old Trafford, but so far no deal has been agreed to finalise his exit.
And with just over a week left of the transfer window, his future remains up in the air, despite links to Barcelona and AC Milan.
Speaking during his press conference ahead of United’s game with Fulham, Amorim said: “I don’t know. I really don’t know. Guys, it’s eight days.
“We will see in the end of the window what happened. And then we will talk about that in the moment.”
Away from the transfer speculation, Amorim took some time to praise his captain.

Bruno Fernandes popped up with a huge winner against Rangers in the Europa League on Thursday night and is one of the only players to put in consistently good performances since his new boss arrived.
Amorim said: “I think he’s a top player and then people talk a lot about his frustration, always with his arms in the air.
“Sometimes it’s not a good thing to see but you have to see the other side. When you are under pressure, he’s always the guy that wants the ball, he’s always available.
“And that is so important. Especially in the Premier League. And then he can run. And he runs a lot. He fights a lot.”
