Paul Pogba is reportedly set to terminate his contract with Juventus after seeing his doping ban reduced.

Pogba can return to competitive action in March after his initial four-year ban for testing positive for an illegal substance was reduced to 18 months, as confirmed by the Court of Arbitration for Sport on Monday.

Several sources including Fabrizio Romano say the midfielder is now keen for a new start elsewhere as he looks to reignite his career.

The 31-year-old rejoined Juventus from Manchester United in July 2022 but has made just 12 appearances during his second spell with the club.

Injuries disrupted his first campaign back in Turin before he was susneded after non endogenous testosterone was found in his test results after a game with Udinese, before a four-year ban was issued in February.

But with the 2018 World Cup winner now cleared to train again in January before playing properly in March, he is keen for a fresh start and is said to be become a free agent.

Sky Sports say the Man Utd academy graduate has interest from clubs in Europe, United States and Saudi Arabia.

It is said that Pogba still has emotional ties to Turin and his Juve team-mates but feels a change of setting is best for his career.

The playmaker has 91 international caps and is said to be keen to return to the France fold if he can find form at a new club.

The French Football Federation showed their support by posting a picture of Pogba in France colours after the news of his ban reduction came out.
