Ligue 1 basement dwellers SCO Angers are set to kick the club’s nightmare campaign back into gear this weekend, when they play host to OGC Nice at the Stade Raymond Kopa.

With just ten games remaining, Dujeux and co. sit a full 14 points from safety, making their eventual relegation to the 2nd division a long-standing foregone conclusion.
Safe to say, then, that upcoming opponents Nice will likely fancy their chances of adding ever further to Angers’ woes this weekend.
Nice, for their part, remain on the hunt for an eventual European berth come the season’s close, albeit whilst looking in at the top-five from the outside as things stand.
